Primary infertility for 3 years

Patient Data

Age: 25 years
Gender: Female

Hysterosalpingogram

Fluoroscopy

Small sized endometrial canal with contour distortion and irregularity.

ِDiverticular outpouching in bilateral proximal fallopian tubes and obstructed distal isthmic portion - significant on the left side: (golf club appearance)

No peritoneal spillage is seen on either side.

Case Discussion

Genital tuberculosis can result in structural changes including endometrial irregularity and synechiae formation as well as tubal occlusion and stricture formation.

These findings can be depicted by hysterosalpingography as in current case.
