Presentation

Pervaginal bleeding.

Patient Data

Age: 35 years
Gender: Female

Myometrial invasion is seen by a heterogeneous endometrial lesion at the fundus with no clear demarcation of the junctional zone of the uterus.

Theca lutein cysts are seen in bilateral ovaries.
