Large cystic structure measuring 1.9 cm seen within the left transverse sinus with small attenuation of the sinus lumen, it demonstrates high T2 and low T1 and FLAIR signal (follow CSF signal intensity) also appreciated in MRV source images.
Case Discussion
It follows the CSF signal in all sequences. It called giant arachnoid granulation when the size exceeds 1.5 cm and should be differentiated from dural sinus thrombosis
