Gibbus deformity resulting in severe thorcolumbar kyphosis. 

Case Discussion

The cause of this deformity is not known. The history is of a long-standing deformity (since childhood), and is presumed to be secondary to tuberculosis as the patient was living in a tuberculosis endemic country at the time.
