Presentation

Single episode of traumatic shoulder dislocation. MRI Arthrogram was done. Axial T1 fat sat images are provided.

MRI of the right shoulder, demonstrates a tear of the anteroinferior labrum, with adjacent cartilage damage. The tendons of the rotator cuff and the glenohumeral ligaments are normal.
