MRI of the right shoulder, demonstrates a tear of the anteroinferior labrum, with adjacent cartilage damage. The tendons of the rotator cuff and the glenohumeral ligaments are normal.
Case Discussion
GLAD lesion is a Bankart tear with associated articular cartilage damage.
