Infiltrating tumor involving both hemispheres across the posterior corpus callosal body and splenium. Peripheral enhancement and central non-enhancement suggesting necrosis. 

Case Discussion

Pathologically proven glioblastoma involving both cerebral hemispheres, with butterfly glioma morphology. 

Note: IDH mutation status is not provided in this case and according to the current (2016) WHO classification of CNS tumors, this tumor would, therefore, be designated as a glioblastoma NOS
