Lobulated mass in the right jugular foramen extending into the right carotid space and displacing the right internal carotid artery anteriorly, the mass shows avid contrast enhancement and erodes the bone in the jugular fossa, Features suggestive of a jugular paraganglioma.

Case Discussion

The patient was referred from an ENT specialist for the investigation of the source of tinnitus.
