Presentation

Painful and swelling of the thumb, right hand.

Patient Data

Age: 50 years
Gender: Male
mri

There is an 8 x 20 mm homogeneous enhancing lobulated lesion with underlying bone remodeling at the dorsal aspect of the first distal phalangeal bone.

Surrounding soft tissue and bone marrow edematous changes also is noted.
