Enhancing mass within the suprahyoid portion of the right carotid space, displacing the internal jugular vein posteriorly and laterally, and displacing the internal and external carotid arteries anteriorly. The mass shows high T2 and low T1 signal with multiple prominent flow voids noted within the lesion (salt and pepper appearance).
