Dyspnea following trachael biopsy. Intubated prior to CT.

CT neck shows edema in the retropharyngeal space likely related to recent biopsy. There is fluid collecting in the posterior nasal cavity, nasopharynx and valleculae.

A large goiter extends retrosternally causing compression of trachae.
