Presentation

Graves ophthalmopathy with apical crowding and orbital decompression surgery.

Patient Data

Age: 55 years
Gender: Male

The markedly enlarged extraocular muscles more pronounced rectus muscles, bilateral proptosis, left eye esodeviation, prolapsed lacrimal glands, and orbitotomy bone defects on both sides orbital medial wall and floor are seen. A cyst in left maxillary sinus is seen.
