Transverse fracture with a sclerotic margin through the great toe distal phalanx is seen.

Case Discussion

The recent patient was referred with severe pain in the great toe and the inability of walking after trauma two weeks ago. X-ray findings revealed a transverse fracture through the great toe distal phalanx.
