Hemangioma with pathological fracture

Presentation

young female complaining of bowel bladder disturbance. No h/o trauma

Patient Data

Gender: Female

Patchy hyper intense signal is seen within the D6 vertebral body and posterior elements on T2 W images, which shows blooming on GRE images.

There is hyper intense signals within the epidural space at same level with compression over spinal cord.

On post contrast scan, heterogeneous contrast enhancement seen within the vertebral body, posterior elements and epidural soft tissue.

There is edema within the spinal cord at same level.

These findings favor burst hemangioma
