MRI scan performed to stage malignancy as TRUS Bx showed 1/12 cores Gleeson 3+3 cancer
T1 hyperintense material in the right seminal vesicle (arrow) as compared with the left and T2 hypointensity on the right (arrow) as compared with the normal left hyperintensity. Appearances are consistent with blood degradation products (i.e. methemoglobin).
