Unenhanced CT reveals a several hypodense area of vasogenic edema in the right frontal lobe with two scattered rounded dense images, After injection of intravenous contrast medium, these enhance significantly, becoming apparent multiple other smaller similar images in both hemispheres.
Case Discussion
Multiple brain metastases due to lung tumor dissemination. Metastases that bleed are often hypernephromas, lung carcinomas or melanomas. Radiologically, are characterized by localized hematomas at subcortical level,of hyperdense aspect and with significant surrounding edema.
