Diagnosis probable

Presentation

Sever RLQ pain,vomiting with no fever .

Patient Data

Age: 35 years
Gender: Female
ultrasound

Pelvic ulltrasound demonstrates right ovarian hemorrhagic cysts.

Angiomyolipoma in the right kidney 16 x 16 mm.

Normal appendix.

Lymph nodes with edema in the terminal ileum.

Control after conventional treatment : just one right ovarian cystic structure remains  with thickened wall and irregular interface with no internal blood  flow on Color Doppler 

Normal appendix and  left ovary.

Regression of ileum edema but lymph nodes still noted.
