T2 FAT SAT demonstrates retrocalcaneal bursitis, insertional achilles tendinopathy, minimal retro achilles bursitis and calcaneal osteitis.

Case Discussion

Haglund syndrome refers to the triad of: insertional achilles tendinopathy, retrocalcaneal bursitis and  Haglund deformity of the calcaneous which results in pain at the back of the heel.
