Case Discussion

MRI reveals a lobullated T2 hyperintense lesion in the right lobe segments VI and VII. The lesion remains strongly T2 hyperintense on the long TE T2W images. The dynamic contrast enhanced images reveal initial nodular peripheral enhancement with slow centripetal filling. Appearances are typical of hemangioma.

The lesion was hypo to isoechoic on US.
