Presentation

Liver mass reported on ultrasound.

Patient Data

Age: 35 years
Gender: Female
ct

Hypoattenuating mass lesion in the segments VIII/I of the liver with peripheral discontinuous enhancement on the arterial phase,  progressive centripetal enhancement on the portal venous phase and complete fill-in on delayed phase.

Case Discussion

The CT features are most consistent with a hepatic hemangioma.
