Hepatic hydatid cyst

A large well defined cystic lesions is seen at right lobe of the liver with inner layer detachment; measuring 115×102×110mm. No evidence of inner or peripheral enhancement.
An IUD is present within the uterine cavity in appropriate station.
A little amount free fluid is present in pelvis.

Features are most consistent with large hepatic hydatid cyst.
