Patient with hepatitis C virus and liver cirrhosis developed abdominal distension

Patient Data

Age: 60-65
Gender: Male

Ill-defined area of enhancement in arterial phase involving the left hepatic lobe that shows rapid washout in portovenous phase with associated infiltration of the left branch of portal vein.

Diagnosis: Diffuse left hepatic lobe hepatocellular carcinoma with malignant infiltration of the left branch of portal vein.
