Ill-defined area of enhancement in arterial phase involving the left hepatic lobe that shows rapid washout in portovenous phase with associated infiltration of the left branch of portal vein.
Diagnosis: Diffuse left hepatic lobe hepatocellular carcinoma with malignant infiltration of the left branch of portal vein.
