Slowly growing huge mass in left thigh, pliable and warm.

There is a well defined subcutaneous heterogenous  mass with fatty consistency,  peripheral soft tissue attenuation, enhanced slightly  and prominent branching feeding vessel.

Case Discussion

Hibernoma is a well-defined soft tissue tumor consisting of brown fat and lipoma of immature adipose tissue, and shows contrast enhancement with prominent branching vascular structures.
