MRI brain and spine

There is significant generalized volume loss, marked for a patient in their 30s, with extensive bilateral white matter increased T2 signal. No enhancement.

Cervical spine

T2 weighted images of the spine demonstrate bilateral dorsolateral column high T2 signal suggestive of vacuolar myelopathy of the dorsal columns also HIV related.
