HIstomorphologic and IHC findings are compatible with classic Hodgkin lymphoma, nodular sclerosing subtype.
Case Discussion
Large mediastinal mass in a 35 years old male patient; pathology proved Hodgkin lymphoma (nodular sclerosing subtype). Hodgkin lymphoma spreads along lymphatic pathways and has two peaks in young adults (15-34 years) and older patients (>55 years). It is curable in ~90% of cases, depending on its stage and sub-type.
