Presentation

Abdominal pain, loss of appetite, and weight loss.

Patient Data

Age: 55 years
Gender: Female

Gross mesenteric and para-aortocaval lymphadenopathy.

No organomegaly.

Microscopic and IHC evaluation of the lymph nodes were compatible with Hodgkin lymphoma.

Case Discussion

Biopsy of the enlarged mesenteric lymph node demonstrated Hodgkin lymphoma.
