An abnormally rotated and inferiorly located kidney connected at the lower poles. Multiple hyperattenuated foci within the kidneys. Findings consisted of a horseshoe kidney with multiple renal stones.

Also, there is an anterior interposition of the colon to the liver reaching the under-surface of the right hemidiaphragm in keeping with Chilaiditi syndrome.
