Marked supratentorial chronic obstructive hydrocephalus. As for the level of obstruction, aqueduct stenosis is suggested.
There is diffuse hypodensity of white matter with cystic changes, suggestive of periventricular leukomalacia.
Diffuse cerebellar atrophy is also noted.
