12 hours late CT shows better the increased attenuation of the proximal portion of left the MCA, as well the onset of a ​​ill-defined hypoattenuation area involving the left capsular region (ischemia). CTA study confirms the occlusion of proximal left MCA and no involvement of the left ACA.
