Presentation

Incidental finding on CT done for trauma

Patient Data

Age: 25 years
Gender: Female

Sternotomy wires and pacemaker leads are noted and are intact. Marked thickening of the interventricular septum is noted, consistent with the known history of HOCM.

Case Discussion

Prominent features consistent with hypertrophic cardiomyopathy involving the setpum.
