Headaches and fever ?sinusitis.

Patient Data

Age: 25 years
Gender: Male

Paranasal sinuses are clear. Under pneumatization of the mastoid air cells (incidental finding).

Case Discussion

Hypopneumatisation of the mastoid air cells is typically an anatomical variant. There may or may not be a link to otitis media with effusions in childhood.
