Barium meal follow through study findings:
- narrowed terminal ileum and ileocecal junction
- dilatation of proximal ileum
- cecum appears shrunken and 'pulled-up' away from RIF

Case Discussion
This case demonstrates the chronic stage of ileocecal tuberculosis.
The ileocecal junction is the commonest site of tuberculosis in the gastrointestinal tract.
Other sites that may be involved in the abdomen are liver, spleen and peritoneum.
