Incidentally discovered.

Patient Data

Age: 35 years
Gender: Female

  • left central (para sacroiliac joint) iliac bone shows a well defined multi-lobulated seen arising from the medial aspect of the left iliac bone, having a cortex and medulla continuous with that of the mother bone.
  • projects superiorly filling the space between the left sacroiliac joint and  the left transverse process of L5 vertebra and projecting posteriorly into the left erector spinae muscle.
  • no associated extra-osseous soft tissue components.
  • intact left sacroiliac joint.
