Incomplete radial fracture

Presentation

History of trauma. Distal forearm - wrist pain.

x-ray

There is buckling of distal meta-diaphyseal region of radius on dorsal aspect. Volar cortex is intact.

Bowing of radius is noted in antero-posterior view.

There is no dislocation.
