Right sided subdural hygroma and acute to subacute subdural hematoma. Left sided prominence of subarachnoid space. Pachymeningeal enhancement.

Case Discussion
Child protection team investigated this case and discovered no external or bony injuries, and no retinal hemorrhages. The caregiver was cleared of any wrongdoing. The child is normal developmentally at age 4 years.
