Acute erosions, subchondral marrow edema along articular aspects of left SI joint with minimal joint effusion.
Case Discussion
Unilateral sacroiliitis is typical of infection. Laboratory work up was negative for HLA-B27 and positive for tuberculosis. Patient was started on ATT (antitubercular treatment).
