Accessory inferior fissure in the right lower lobe. Minor subpleural atelectasis in the left lower lobe posteriorly.

Undisplaced anterior right 5th rib fracture. Mild pectus excavatum.

Case Discussion

Accessory right inferior fissure - this variant fissure separates the medial basal segment from the other segments of the right lower lobe. It is far more common in the right lower lobe than the left lower lobe.
