Age: 60 years

Multiple dilated small bowel loops (jejunal and proximal ileal loops) showing multiple air fluid down to the transition point at the left iliac region secondary to small bowel intussusception (likley ileo-ileal) giving the "target sign", the distal pelvic ileal bowel loops and the colon are collapsed. 

Case Discussion

60-year-old male with small bowel obstruction due to intussusception, the leading point is proven pathologicaly to be an inflammatory myofibroblastic tumor (IMT) or inflammatory pseudotumor tumor (IPT).
