Infrarenal aortic dissection with a dissecting membrane. Coronal MIP reconstruction showing the dissection membrane extending to the aortic bifurcation.

Flow demonstrated in both lumens of the abdominal aorta, separated by a membrane.

Case Discussion

CT of the thorax and abdomen performed for tumor screening demonstrated an incidental infrarenal dissection of the abdominal aorta, which was confirmed on ultrasound.
