Right internal angular extraconal fat containing lesion displays bright signal in T1 and T2WIs and shows low signal in fat suppression techniques. No enhancement in post-contrast study.
Case Discussion
Orbital dermoid cyst is a fat-containing benign lesion that occurs at medial or lateral angle of the orbit. On MRI, fat content appears hyperintense in T1 and T2WIs and confirmation requires fat suppression techniques.
