Presentation

Incomplete elbow extension - Few months. No trauma.

Patient Data

Age: about 40 yrs
Gender: Female
ultrasound

There is an ossified body deep to triceps tendon; in the posterior recess of elbow joint. There is mild joint effusion and synovial thickening - hypervascularity.

Rest  of the elbow examination was normal.
