Right maxillary sinus is expanded with chronic retained secretion with convex and rarefied walls and elevation and rarefaction of the right orbital floor which displaced the inferior rectus muscle superiorly. There are rounded fatty lesions near the orbital floor and at the alveolar process of maxilla.
Mild expansion with retained secretions at ipsilateral ethmoid air cells.
