History of HCC and IVC thrombosis.

Patient Data

Age: 55 years
Gender: Male

ultrasound

There is a round echogenic lesion within the IVC extending to the right atrium.

Mild right pleural effusion.

ct

Filling defect within IVC that shows continuity with the primary tumor in the liver and extends to the right atrium, consistent with a tumor thrombus.

Mild right pleural effusion.

Moderate free ascites and hydrocele.
