- Intra-articular distal fibular fracture (Weber B type)
- Incidental finding of calcaneal intraosseous lipoma
Case Discussion
Fracture was identified by emergency department and immobilized.
Radiologist diagnosed intraosseous lipoma with no follow up advised. This study also shows the classic Cockade sign of an intraosseous lipoma.
