Incidental finding in a case of previous ankle trauma with persistent pain.

Gender: Male

Milgram type I intraosseous lipoma with (almost) homogeneous fat signal and no enhancement. The cloudy signal attenuation in the center of the lesion indicates incipient regressive changes.
