MRI showing intra-axial brainstem mass lesion hypointense on T1-WI, hyperintense on T2-WI and FLAIR sequences, with mild expansion and without edema on coronal and sagittal planes. Axial images don't cover the pathology.
There is an intramedullary similar lesion in the cervical cord.
UBO at bifrontal lobes are seen.
Case Discussion
Histopathology of the tumor revealing spindle cells with nuclear palisading and IHC positive for S-100, consistent with an intraparenchymal schwannoma.
