There is thin walled cystic lesion noted within the left lateral ventricle. It is seen to cause expansion of the left frontal horn, posterior part of the body, atrium and occipital horn. Mild mass effect noted in the form of effacement of ipsilateral left parietooccipital lobe. Midline shift of 4mm noted. This cyst parallels the signal intensity of CSF on all sequences.

No enhancing focus within the nodule.

Mild periventricular hyperintensities seen, suggestive of seepage.
