Presentation
Gradual progressive right hemiparesis of 4 months duration
Patient Data
Note: This case has been tagged as "legacy" as it no longer meets image preparation and/or other case publication guidelines.
A large intensely enhancing mass lesion is seen at the left lateral ventricle, epicentered on its trigone area, suggestive of intraventricular meningioma. Left cerebral moderate vasogenic edema is seen, mostly due to the mass effect of the mass upon the left cerebral hemisphere. Focal midline shift by the effect of the mass towards right side.
Moderate hydrocephalus is seen.
Case Discussion
Features are most likely representing a large intraventricular meningioma with mass effect and moderate hydrocephalic changes.
