Protrusion of polypoid material through the left ostiomeatal complex into the ipsilateral nasal fossa, resulting in widening of the infundibular region on this side, as well as the complete filling of the left maxillary sinus by a material of similar characteristics. The lower left nasal turbinate has indistinct lateral margins.
