Patient Data

Age: 55
Gender: Female

Increase in opacity of some thoracolumbar vertebral bodies that retain their size and contours, with no change in the opacity and size of adjacent intervertebral disks.

Case Discussion

The findings consistent of bony manifestation of hodgkin's disease which is called ivory vertebra sign. The patient has an established diagnosis of HD.
