CT enterography demonstrates concentric wall thickening of proximal portion of jejunum with lumen narrowing. Several small regional lymph nodes.
Gallbladder is full of stones.
Other organs are unremarkable.

Case Discussion
CT enterography is a good non-invasive technique for detection of small bowel tumors.
This case shows pathological wall thickening of short segment of the jejunum which is very suspicious of tumor.
Surgical resection was performed. The final diagnosis is adenocarcinoma of the jejunum.
